Copies of all necessary registration forms are enclosed in the Leader’s Packet. You may want to make additional copies for your congregation and/or request additional copies from the Regional Office.

Assign someone to:
[]Create a display of the Assembly (see materials enclosed in the January Leader’s Packet)
[]Serve as registrar and position a registration table for March 10
[]Speak of their experience at an Assembly (several minutes in Church School or Morning Worship)

Please encourage those unable to attend to consider participating through a support gift.

CONGREGATIONAL VOTING REPRESENTATIVES

Every congregation is allowed 4 voting representatives. All clergy with standing also have voting privileges. Voting representatives for the 2026 Regional Assembly, plus all clergy with standing, will be sent an electronic copy of the business items if names are received before March 24, 2026. The business items will also be available on the Region's website. (Do not list clergy who have standing as they already have voting privileges.)
